MontDoré Bakery is a family story and a shared passion for flavor—tradition blended with creativity. Our journey began in Paris between a pastry chef-baker and a coffee enthusiast. After ten years in Paris and with three children, we moved to Canada and eventually opened MontDoré in Vaughan, bringing French craft to Concord. We take no shortcuts: laminated butter croissants and slow-fermented sourdough, with contemporary twists like Biscoff, tiramisu, maple, and za’atar. Specialty coffee rounds out every visit.
